Kidlington FC are pleased to announce that former Banbury United and Oxford City Coach Andy Sinnott has joined the club taking on the role of Director of Football. He will join up with new 1st Team Manager Ady Fuller as the club prepares for its third season in the Evo-Stick Southern League. Sinnott’s role will be to report directly to the Trustees and to instigate a strategy for Football throughout the club. Kidlington are a registered charity and Chairman of the Trustees Nick Duval was pleased to admit that they have finally got their man. Andy Sinnott has been top of our wish list for this position for some time, a resident locally Andy brings with him a wealth of knowledge within local football which is second to none. Kidlington are due to launch their own Football Academy in September 2019 which will be pivotal within their future plans. The new academy is being promoted by the Southern League, based on a Partnership with Eliteform who will deliver the complete infrastructure including a League playing on Wednesday’s for Students will have an option of joining at 16 and taking courses which are football based while extending their academic studies at either BTEC or HND level. The educational element is backed by Loughborough University and offers one or three year courses. The club will be breaking new ground by recruiting its own coaches who will work in the Academy with Eliteform and the Director of Football to deliver a high level of coaching within the Club.
