Ryan has enjoyed 21 years of coaching experience where it was primarily spent within Youth football with a range of clubs, before enjoying a further 6 years at open age footballing sides in and around the same quality as Kidlington Development.

We caught up with Ryan ahead of his arrival.

"After a few missed opportunities over the past few months within the men's coaching scene, Kidlington offered me a role which I was more than grateful for.

"I am delighted to join this wonderful club with a great history, but most importantly I'm really looking forward to helping Stuart shaping the future stars of the club and seeing what we can do together.
