Craig McKay’s side won their opening tie in the Emirates FA Cup last Saturday, with the focus now firmly back on the Southern League Division One Central.
Jordan Parkes’ Kings Langley was taken to an FA Cup replay by Cockfosters FC as they drew the initial tie 1-1 when a late penalty saw Cockfosters draw level. In the reply, at The Orbital Fasteners Stadium, Kings Langley were also able to progress thanks to debutant Flinn Filler’s 83rd minute strike.
The Opposition
Kings Langley come into this game looking to start a campaign which would top their 11th placed finish last season.
With three signings through the door already, Jordan Parkes added experienced striker Lance Williams to their ranks. Williams had an impressive 23/23 which saw him score 13 goals in 17 matches. Definitely one to keep an eye on.
