We also spoke openly about the challenges of operating a non‑league football club and the importance of strong partnerships between clubs and local authorities.

We outlined our plans for facility improvements, including upcoming floodlight upgrades and further enhancements around the ground. Nigel offered his full support, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with him and Cherwell District Council as we drive positive progress for both the club and the community.
