
Kidlington FC is thrilled to announce the formation of a brand-new U18 Allied Counties team for the 2026/27 season. We are looking for an ambitious, modern, and dedicated Head Coach to lead this squad and bridge the gap between our youth ranks and senior football.This is a prestigious role within the club’s pathway, competing in one of the most respected floodlit leagues in the region. The Role
As the U18 Manager, you will be responsible for:
•Squad Recruitment: Identifying and attracting the best local talent for the inaugural season.
•Player Development: Implementing a high-standard coaching curriculum that prepares players for our First Team and Development squads.
•Matchday Management: Leading the team in Allied Counties league and cup fixtures (midweek floodlit games).
•Collaboration: Working closely with the Director of Football and First Team management to ensure a seamless transition for "ones to watch."
What We’re Looking For
•Qualifications: FA Level 2 (UEFA C) is essential; UEFA B is highly desirable.
•Experience: A proven track record in youth development or a competitive senior environment.
•Vision: Someone who plays attractive, progressive football and demands high standards of discipline and effort.
•Reliability: Commitment to midweek evening matches and training sessions at Yarnton Road.
